Can I restrict submissions by domain?

Yes. You can whitelist allowed origins per form so only your approved domains can post submissions.

Can I use ContactFire from server-side code?

Yes. Use API keys for server workflows and embed tokens for static embeds. This dual-token model keeps access scoped to the right surface.
